Subscription Terms

Apex Evolution offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Annual: $34.99/year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Use of Service

• You must be 13 years or older to use this app
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• Consult a physician before starting any fitness program

Limitation of Liability

HelioRyse LLC is not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from use of workout or nutrition suggestions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of new terms.
